Our History

The Law Office of Debra M. Salisbury, P.A. has existed for over 26 years, and was a solo practice until 2015.  Presently, the firm consists of Managing Attorney Debra M. Salisbury, Senior Associate Attorney Brian Gillis and support staff. Our attorneys are licensed in the State of Florida and primarily practice in Sarasota, Manatee and DeSoto Counties.

The firm’s current practice areas include: adoption law, dependency law, family law (child support, dissolution of marriage, paternity, custody and modification of custody), temporary custody of minor children by extended family members, and guardianship of minors.
