We understand the concern and uncertainty clients may be experiencing around this evolving situation, and we’re committed to being responsive and flexible to our clients’ needs.
Our practice is:

Managed by fully vaccinated staff
Encouraging all clients entering the Fruitville office to wear a mask
Implementing social distancing
Social distancing is when gatherings are restricted to stop or slow the spread of infectious diseases. To help national Coronavirus social distancing efforts, clients who have an upcoming consultation will likely attend virtually by phone, FaceTime or Skype.
Appearing in court
At this point in time, we are attending trials and evidentiary hearings in-person or on Zoom depending on the specific judge’s requirements. Our office will notify clients ahead of time regarding whether they will need to make an in-person or Zoom appearance.
Continuing to take new clients
